WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our permanent studio is located in Harewood End, Herefordshire, HR2 8JS. We are:

15 minutes to Hereford or Ross-On-Wye

60 minutes to Cardiff, Worcester or Bristol

90 minutes to Birmingham or Bath

3 hrs to London

 

We do offer select locations on the studio grounds for outdoor photoshoots if you are interested in shooting outside of the studio.

Leading up to your Experience, we will be sending you several different emails to read as well as a questionnaire about your session. And you can always talk with us about any questions or concerns about your upcoming Experience with us.

It is our goal that our clients feel prepared for their shoot day, so that when you arrive you can feel as comfortable as possible about what is going to happen.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A SESSION?

Our luxury sessions usually book 3-6 months in advance. Our Limited Edition Sessions are on a short notice first come first served basis (find out first via our Facebook Group and email). When selecting a date to book, I always recommend booking 10 weeks in advance of the date you need your images for (like a wedding, holiday, etc). For instance, if it is your 50th birthday in October I would recommend coming in no later than June for your session to have your products ready for your birthday! Our calendar fills up fast so I always tell ladies to grab a date as soon as they can so they don’t miss out on any deadlines. We can rush orders for clients who find themselves in a bind, but we’d rather plan in advance so your experience is stress free!

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

That’s easy! You can just reach out to us as soon as you are interested (you may never feel ready – we’re here to help you to “get ready”), and we will go over all of the information, pricing, and availability with you and get you on our calendar and help you on the way to your shoot!

Once you pay the Session Fee retainer, your date will be locked in and good to go!

Payment of your Session Fee Retainer must be made in order to secure your Photography Session. Payment of your Collection in Full up to 30 days before your Session will save you 20% and interest-free Pre-Session Payment Plans are available.

Your order must be paid in full at your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

On the day of your Experience, you will be greeted by a member of our staff who will help get you settled into the
Chapel studio.

We offer a variety of refreshments that you are free to enjoy. Once we get you settled in, our Hair and Makeup Artist will prepare you for your photoshoot. The stylist will ask you some questions about your preferences before she begins her service, just to confirm how she will fully customise your look to cater to your specific requests!

We will always make sure you are in love with your transformation before moving on to your photo session.

Once your Hair and Makeup is ready, we will go through any items you’ve brought with you and then, if you wish,
you can choose something from our Client Wardrobe. There are hundreds (200+) of items available for you to browse, and you’ll be shown items in your size and style to make selecting the perfect pieces a breeze. We recommend that you reserve them in advance to ensure that they are available for your session and not at the cleaners! We can do this in-person or via zoom.

HOW DO I PREPARE?

We are going to send you a detailed Preparation Guide after you book your session that will go over all the details. Manicures and Pedicures are a small detail most forget! We offer an express Mani-Pedi at the studio and Natural or Luxury Lashes – we’ll ask you all about this and more in our Style Questionnaire.

Come to the studio with a clean moisturised face and dry hair. Take care of your skin a few weeks out to prevent any breakouts, get plenty of sleep and DRINK WATER! This will reduce dark circles/ puffy eyes and reduce bloating. Make sure you eat so you have lots of energy to play with us! Don’t stress, this is going to be FUN. We have the best team and have been doing this for years.

SHOULD I GO TANNING?

Please, no spray tans 4-6 weeks before session!!! It stains our white bedding and carpets, and it does not photograph well. We also discourage tanning or the use of tanning beds 2-3 weeks prior to your session because it doesn’t photograph well. Watch out for creating unwanted tan lines!

I’M NOT A MODEL SO HOW CAN I LOOK SO GOOD?

That’s ok, you will be after this! HAHAHA. But seriously, It’s my job to show you and help you and so I might act really silly but I’ll teach you the poses and help you to make them your own. Not one person in any of our images is a paid model, they are normal women just like you (although some have become models!).

DO YOU EDIT ALL OF MY IMAGES?

Editing and PhotoShop are included in our image pricing, but you are going to be amazed at how great you look with our “less is more” approach. All of the final purchased images will receive the custom EB edits that make our images POP! We can edit out things like pimples, bruises, scratches, undereye, skin texture or redness, etc. We can do some nip-tuck, but with our expert posing and lighting skills our clients don’t usually request it.

We do offer additional retouching services at no cost on things like cellulite, stretch marks, and scars, but we always leave those decisions up to you. You are beautiful just the way you are, no matter your age, size, shape or weight and we want to emphasise your natural beauty. Posing is key, as is communication. We all have our self-perceived flaws (that no-one else notices!), so let’s work together to help you look and feel your best!

WHAT ABOUT WARDROBE RECOMMENDATIONS?

Simple is best. Too much pattern or weird colours take away from your beauty. Mix it up, simple bras/ knickers set, chemise or teddy/ bodysuit, oversized tee, and corsets are some of the most popular outfits. Of course, we are always up for something new!

You may already have plenty of lingerie to choose from. But whether you do or you don’t, if you feel you’ve “nothing to wear!” we’re here to help you go through what you do have or shop for something new that’s perfect for you! And our Client Wardrobe may have exactly what you need! Our Wardrobe Guide will also give you lots of information.

Our sheet shoots are extremely popular because you can wear whatever you like under our sheet, even if that’s nothing at all.

IF I DON’T WANT HAIR & MAKEUP, CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

This is a step you DON’T want to skip! And it’s included in your Session Fee so there is no discount if you do it yourself. Amazing hair and makeup goes miles to help you FEEL like a million bucks! It’s also a lot of fun to be pampered for a bit before your session, it gives you some time to unwind with us and get comfortable in the studio. Proper makeup application and hair styling also saves us oodles of time during retouching, because you will already look your best. If your hair requires specialist attention please get in touch and discuss what’s best for you.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY SESSION?

You can bring the bare bones minimum and nothing more and take advantage of our Client Wardrobe. You may wish to bring 1 nude and 1 black thong/ seamless knicker to wear under our Client Wardrobe. Everything is sanitised so that’s up to you.

Some optional items we love to photograph that you can bring are stockings and fishnet stockings (you can also purchase them from us), and clothing options like sweaters, t-shirts, etc. Shoes and jewellery are one of the best ways to add your personality to your session, and although we have a selection we always love when women bring those too as they’ll be personal to you.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

In theory this sounds like it would be good to have their support, but unless they are having a shoot too it can make you feel like you have an audience. And we don’t want you worried about anyone but you! This is your time to focus on you. I promise you that our team is the best around and you will feel so comfortable in our space! We really want you to let loose, have fun, and enjoy yourself! 

If it feels right for you, we are more than happy to have photo shoot parties! You and your friend/s can have your hair and makeup done together and then tag-team your shoots. Please get in touch to discuss our Shoot Parties as we have lots of fabulous options to chose from!

WHAT IS THE COST?

The complete basic 3-4 hour experience includes:

Pre-Session Advice and Information

Your Photo Shoot with full posing assistance that includes Professional Hair and Makeup + Access to our incredible Client Wardrobe

Your private Viewing and Ordering Session where you get to see all of your images on the big screen and feel like a Hollywood movie star

We are able to fully customise your day with us and create your bespoke experience and products to best suit you with a variety of Sets and Add-Ons like extra outfits and looks and a selection of luxury products available in our Collections (saving you more), as well as products Á La Carte. Our product pricing begins at £250 and goes up from there with various options available. We offer all of our clients interest free Pre-Payment plans to make any Experience “budget friendly.”

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Absolutely! We offer interest free Pre-Payment plans for up to 12 months! Pre-Payment Plans save you 20%. They’re super simple and flexible to set up and we can make your dream session a reality. We are always happy to discuss payment plan options on the phone prior to booking if you would like! All you have to do is Schedule a Consultation. No obligation required.

After your photo shoot we’ll show your our samples and reconfirm your booking to see the images. You may have
pre-booked a Same-Day or Next-Day Private Image Reveal or to view your images at a later date in-person or via
zoom.

Your Private Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment is the only time designated to view your images and select
which ones you would like to purchase.

We will help design all of your gorgeous products, make black and white selections, and any other customisations
you desire at your Ordering Appointment!

You will also have the opportunity to add on any additional products to your purchase at this time, if you so
choose. Once this process is complete we’ll start processing your order!

Obviously once you see your images you will fall in love with them and want to share them with the world, but unless other arrangements have been made your images will forever remain private from any public forum.

We have a lot of repeat clients, so we will very likely see you again soon. Some clients even book their session for
the following year before they leave their Image Reveal, and you can save some money by doing the same if you wish!

WHEN DO I GET MY ORDER?

Any digital products you purchase will be sent to you within 7-21 business days after your Photo Reveal & Ordering Appointment through an online link!

Any physical products, such as an Album, will be available for your to collect from our studio or have sent to your door 4-8 weeks later! If you need your images back before a certain date, we recommend scheduling your session at least three months before.
